CastleType is one of the few small, independent foundries developing well-designed display typefaces for languages that use the Cyrillic alphabet. These fonts can be used to typeset the following languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian, and more. Cyrillic fonts also contain Latin letters suitable for English and most other European languages. The entire CastleType Collection is currently being converted to support East European languages as well as those that use the Cyrillic alphabet. In the meantime, these ranges can be added to any typeface in the CastleType Collection for a reasonable fee. CastleType fonts that contain the Cyrillic character set support the Unicode standard and the Cyrillic alphabet can only be accessed if your software supports Unicode.
